ETHANOL!
Ethanol margins remain strong like bull with cash margins surging 70% this year, as reported by Bloomberg earlier today.
This chart technically belongs under ‘What’s NOT’ because part of what is keeping ethanol margins HOT is the fact the cost of corn to produce one gallon of ethanol is on the decline.
FYI - the chart below cuts off at the end of July and Sep futures have dropped more than 50 cents per bushel since.
